    What is the question format on the exams?
    The question format for all exams and practice quizzes is multiple-choice.
    How many exam attempts do I have?
    Students are allowed unlimited attempts on all exams. However, the Guarantee exam is limited to one attempt only.
    What is a passing grade on my exams?
    The Practice, Final, and Certification exams must be passed with a 70% or higher score. The Guarantee exam must be passed with 80% or higher.
    What is the difference between the Practice exam and the Final exam?
    During the Practice exam, you will receive immediate correct or incorrect feedback during the exam, then you will receive a raw score after you submit. During the Final exam, you will not receive immediate correct or incorrect feedback; however, you will receive a raw score after you submit.
    What is the Guarantee exam?
    To unlock the Guarantee exam, score 70% or higher on your Final exam. You have one attempt to pass with 80% or more within three days of your state exam, and we promise you'll pass your state licensing exam or get your course fee back. Be sure to mark your calendar to take the Guarantee exam 1-2 days before your state licensing exam.
    What should I expect on any of my online proctored exams?
    You must be the only person in the room during an online proctored exam. No study notes or learning materials can be accessed during the exam. No phones, tablets, or other electronic devices (other than the device you use for the exam) may be accessed. Your video camera must be turned on at all times. If at any time during the exam, someone enters the room, your camera is moved or turned off, you access your phone, or it appears that you may in any way be attempting to complete the exam fraudulently, your exam will be shut down and any possible score/completion forfeited.
    Why can’t I see the Guarantee exam?
    You must pass all course assessments before unlocking the Guarantee exam. Course assessments include all chapter quizzes, the Practice and Final exam, and the Certification exam (if required in your state).

    How does the Oliver exam assess the content covered in my state licensing exam?
    Oliver’s curriculum closely follows the State Topic List provided by your State Testing Provider. View the courtesy State Licensing Page provided by Oliver.
    Can I take my state licensing exam through Oliver?
    No. Oliver is a Pre-Licensing Education Provider. To find your state’s exam provider, view the courtesy State Licensing Page provided by Oliver.
    CERTIFICATION AND LICENSING
    How do I qualify for a course completion certificate?
    You will receive a course completion certificate once you fulfill the Oliver Certification requirements. Keep track of your progress using the “My Certification Progress” bar within the course.
    Which activities count towards my course completion?
    Chapter quizzes, Practice exams, Final exams, and Certification exams (only in applicable states) count toward course completion. We also ask that you complete the course survey as part of your course completion.
    How do I schedule my state exam?
    Contact your state’s exam provider or register with them online. To find your state’s exam provider, view the courtesy State Licensing Page provided by Oliver.
    What are the licensing steps for my state?

    Refund Policy:

    For courses that have an hour or less of access/study-time, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. If you are a resident of Kansas, Nevada, or Oregon, please review the state-specific refund terms within your online course.

    How long can I stay enrolled in a course?
    Course enrollment lasts for 60 days from the date of registration. You can extend your course for another 30 or 60 days, having access for up to a maximum of 120 days from the registration date. However, it is important to note that you must extend your course within the first 60 days before your course expires.
    STUDENT SUPPORT
    How do I update my personal information?
    To update your personal information, log on to your account. Under “My Profile,” select “Edit Your Profile” to make your updates.
    How do I request a refund?
    If you qualify for a general refund, as outlined in our REFUND POLICY please email support@oliversolutions.com. If you are eligible for a Guarantee exam refund, please email support@oliversolutions.com and include a copy of your state exam score sheet. Note that your Guarantee refund can only be issued with submission of the score sheet provided by your testing provider.
    What are Oliver’s customer support hours?
    Oliver's support team is available from 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday except for Canadian Federal or national holidays.

    How do I contact support?
    Students can reach Oliver’s support team by sending an e-mail via our Customer Support form.
    What happens if my computer crashes during an online assessment?
    Ensure secure internet access before beginning your assessments, so that you can complete your assessment in a single session. If you happen to lose access, you may be allowed to log back on to complete. However, if you log off for more than five minutes, your exam score may be forfeited.
    TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
    What are the requirements for a proctored exam?
    If you are using Oliver’s online proctoring system, you must download the proctoring software. Please pay attention to the stipulations for online proctoring – no materials, no one in the room, camera on, etc.
